I wasn’t sure what to expect when starting this course. The information is in-depth and more interesting than I anticipated. I will definitely need to go back and spend more time in sections such as the charter of rights and freedoms, SSIA (Ministeral) Regulations and Acts in detail before I attempt to write the ABST exam.
Im in the process of completing the security guard exam next week and doing this course before I start working with the company I will be working for in Aug.

Great learning experience , lots of information about SSIA and Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (CCRF) and other general information.Its very good carrier job involves with lots of challenges, responsibilities, and professionalism.
I am completing the Use of Force couse as I feel it will higher my chances of obtaining a security guard position as many company’s require not only a valid security guard licence, CPR & First Aid, but also Use of Force certification.
This is fantastic, i have learned much on handling criminal offenses. How to handle issues relating to (Conflict management), mostly day to day happenings. Thanks.
